Manager - Strategic Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on productivity improvements and automation across operations.
• Partner with different stakeholders to drive strategic planning initiatives.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address root causes of business challenges.
• Conduct future market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning.
• Support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Science-related disciplines.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and process improvement
• Strong intellectual background with a self-driven desire for career success.
• Fast learner with curiosity and ability to ask the right questions.
• Skilled in problem resolution through root cause analysis.
• Bilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Excellent problem solving, stakeholder management and multi-tasking abilities.
• High resilience and commitment as part of accelerated career growth.
