Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects focused on productivity improvements and automation across operations.
- Partner with different stakeholders to drive strategic planning initiatives.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address root causes of business challenges.
- Conduct future market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning.
- Support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Science-related disciplines.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and process improvement
- Strong intellectual background with a self-driven desire for career success.
- Fast learner with curiosity and ability to ask the right questions.
- Skilled in problem resolution through root cause analysis.
- Bilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Excellent problem solving, stakeholder management and multi-tasking abilities.
- High resilience and commitment as part of accelerated career growth.
