Senior System Engineer (AWS)(Yuen Long) (Perm Role)

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for MIS administration & security, Firewall, helpdesk, installations for Windows, MS Office, Anti-Virus and software applications supports
• Servers/ Application installation, Configuration, Maintenance.
• Network provisioning, monitoring and trouble shoot
• Provide planning and implementation of new technology and manage change and implement and communicate effectively
• Ensure the IT infrastructure is secure and protected and there is an approved and operational plan for disaster recovery and business continuity
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 0830 - 1730; Alternate Saturday 0830 - 1230

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer science or other related subjects
  CCNA, CCNP, MCSE or equivalent
• Solid experience in Cisco Switch, Router, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Solid experience in Cloud Computing (AWS), Linux, and IT Security.
• Solid experience in managing vendors on IT operations, change management, incident management, problem management, etc.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in network & system administration
• Knowledge in .NET development, SQL Server and SharePoint server is a merit
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• A good team player, self-motivated and multitasking
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Good at English and Mandarin
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Candidates with more experience could be considered as Assistant Manager
