IT Infrastructure Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Report to IT GM to manage day to day operations and projects based on business needs & managements roadmap
• Drive and execute the various IT projects via managing the vendors, people resources and relevant policy implementation for both internal and client projects
• Perform presales activities on IT Infrastructure project and project management in implementation stage
• Provide modern technologies to manage the IT infrastructure and its implementation
• Provide technical support on Microsoft Windows/Linux platform and VMware virtualization
• Perform system installation, configuration, system patching, testing & monitoring
• Ensure cyber security measures enforcement and other infrastructure related support
• Prepare proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow through actions of all incidents/service requested
• Coordinate with application teams, regional teams, users and vendors to achieve the project goals

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer science or other related subjects
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure support or project implementation
• Solid experience in end user computing, Microsoft Technologies (Exchange, AD, Windows Server etc.), SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Veeam, VMware and Splunk SIEM
• Experience in working in an environment to support both internal IT Infrastructure and customer IT infrastructure support projects.
• Familiar with On premise, Cloud Computing, Data and Voice Telecommunications, Switching, Routing, WAN and LAN, Network Architecture & Design, Network Security and Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, SOC, Virtualization, SAN Storage, penetration test and Disaster Recovery
• Knowledge of ISO27001 and PCS DSS standard
• Track record of experience in working with regional teams is preferable
• Certificate on ITIL, PMP, CISCO network administration and Microsoft certified engineer would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and be a good team player
• Attentive to details and good project management skills
• Good at Cantonese, English and Mandarin commununication
