Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT digital solutions business development or sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth. This role involves developing and executing strategic business development and sales plans, building strong client relationships, and working with a sales team to deliver high-performing results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Based on the business strategies, develop and implement effective business development sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT digital solutions market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and intelligence, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role within the IT digital solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Deep knowledge in Hong Kong IT solutions market.
  • Familiarize in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
