Business Development Executive - IT Solutions

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and technology to grow their career in the fast-evolving world of IT digital solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales efforts, and building strong client relationships to contribute to the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the implementation of business development strategies to help achieve company sales goals.

· Identify and approach potential clients in the IT digital solutions sector.

· Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.

· Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

· Keep updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

· Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development related to IT or technology solutions.

· Good understanding in IT solutions and Hong Kong IT market.

· Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Fluent in both Cantonese and English is a must; Mandarin is a big plus.

· Eagerness to learn and develop within a growing company.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

· Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is an advantage.
