About the job Project Manager (ERP Migration SAP to D365)
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Drive the end-to-end ERP migration project, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, data conversion and post-go-live support.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, HR, etc.) to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with Microsoft partner and system integrator to ensure smooth transition and integration.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Budget & Timeline Oversight: Monitor project costs and schedules, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support user adoption and training.
- Data Migration Oversight: Ensure accurate and secure migration of data from SAP to D365, including validation and reconciliation.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure the project adheres to internal policies, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management, with hands-on experience in SAP and Microsoft D365.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Sales, Production, HR).
- Proven track record in managing complex system migrations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
