Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead technical and transition project implementation based on RFPs, tenders, and SOWs
  • Collaborate in designing and developing technical solutions during the presales stage
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, risk, budget, and resource managementinternally and externally
  • Support system and project integration activities, including Due Diligence exercises
  • Conduct and manage customer meetings throughout the project lifecycle; identify issues and define risk mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers across all phases of solution implementation
  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of end-to-end solutions, driving overall client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in IT project management
  • PMP certification is required
  • Additional certifications (Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus
  • Hands-on experience with development technologies such as:

    • Flutter, Kotlin, Node.js, Vue.js, React
    • Python, SQL, MongoDB
    • Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD
    • Java, Java Spring Boot
    • MQTT, Apache Kafka
  • Experience in:

    • System infrastructure design
    • Solution implementation
    • Managed IT services and data center services
  • Familiarity with:

    • Internet, Web, App, SaaS platforms
    • JIRA, DevOps practices
    • Security standards (ISO27001, PCI DSS)
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
