About the job Customer Service Officer (5 days no shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints through phone and email channels in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and promotional offerings
- Process customer orders and deliver comprehensive after-sales support
- Maintain a professional and positive image when delivering business services to customers
- Standard office hours with no shift work; five-day work week
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Call Centre, Customer Service, or Sales Support roles preferred
- IIQE Paper 1 & 2 passed is an advantage
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications with fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Self-motivated, responsible, patient, and eager to learn
