About the job AI Workflow Design Intern - Customer Support Team
We are looking for an internship to join our Customer Support team with a focus on AI, workflow design, and report automation. This role is designed for students who want hands-on experience applying classroom knowledge to real business processes—no prior work experience required.
You will support our team in documenting operational and sales process, workflows, improving reporting efficiency, and exploring how AI and automation can enhance service operations.
What You Will Learn & Do
Learn how customer support operations work in a real business environment
Assist in creating business process workflow diagrams
Help build and maintain automated reports for customers review
Support simple automation initiatives that reduce manual work for support teams
Explore AI tools for summarising data, improving documentation, and enhancing workflows
Prepare clear documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master program in:
Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems
Computer Science, Data Science
Engineering, FinTech, or related disciplines
Interested in AI, automation, and process improvement
Comfortable with basic tools such as:
Excel / Google Sheets
Diagram or presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Miro, Draw.io)
Able to learn quickly, ask good questions, and work independently
Good communication skills in written and spoken English
