DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partner teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that address client needs and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build a deep understanding of digital media and data-driven marketing strategies, serving as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze account performance and campaign data to ensure business goals and key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing or media campaigns, including planning, setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Deliver client and team training sessions to enhance understanding of platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients and teams regarding evolving industry regulations, such as privacy and data compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic proposals, presentations, and performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to provide feedback that informs product and service improvements.
  • Maintain organized communication and documentation across multiple ongoing projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in French (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2).
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or client successpreferably in a digital or data-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and manage relationships across different levels of an organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting campaign or performance data.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and logical functions).
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms or programmatic advertising tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of marketing technology, media buying, or ad operations processes preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-paced settings.
  • Proactive communicator who can identify challenges early and propose effective solutions.
