Location: Remote within Colombia, Panama, Peru, Argentina

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement business development strategies tailored to the local market, in alignment with broader regional goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and adapt the companys value proposition to meet the needs of partners or affiliates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to create and execute localized promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and manage a business development team with clear objectives and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Oversee team performance using CRM systems, dashboards, and regular coaching sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Implement acquisition, activation, retention, and support strategies, including referral programs, onboarding processes, and educational sessions.
- Take ownership of key performance metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, partner activation, and retention rates.
- Ensure accurate and organized CRM data management and prepare consistent performance reports.
- Provide regular updates on performance, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
- 6-10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within FX industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record working with partners, affiliates, or commercial networks in regional or emerging markets.
- Strong leadership experience managing small to mid-sized commercial teams.
- Analytical and results-driven mindset with expertise in performance metrics and process optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
