    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Call and convert warm leads into active customers
    • Understand customer needs and tailor value propositions accordingly
    • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline
    • Deliver product demonstrations to prospects
    • Achieve account activation targets and sales KPIs
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or support specific cases

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or tech sales
      • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
      • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
      • Full Eligibility to live and work in Ireland
      • Proficient with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and adaptable to new systems
      • Excellent communication and time management skills
      • A tech-savvy mindset and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
      • Confidence in delivering online demos and building business relationships
