DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call and convert warm leads into active customers
- Understand customer needs and tailor value propositions accordingly
- Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Deliver product demonstrations to prospects
- Achieve account activation targets and sales KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or support specific cases
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or tech sales
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Full Eligibility to live and work in Ireland
- Proficient with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and adaptable to new systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A tech-savvy mindset and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Confidence in delivering online demos and building business relationships
