Position: Head of Partnerships (LATAM) - FX industry

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Work model: hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)

Employment type: Full-time, Service Agreement / B2B Agreement

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and coordinate regular meetings with partnership or business development teams to assess performance, address challenges, and plan strategic initiatives.
    • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other departments to align partnership strategies with broader organizational objectives.
    • Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements relevant to partnerships and collaborations.
    • Develop and implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities and support professional development.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Fluent in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (at least B2).
    • Must have experience from FX Brokers.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a senior business development, partnerships, or management role (e.g., Head of Sales, Business Development Manager, Regional or Country Manager).
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
