Customer Advisor (German)

Top Talent Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Advisor for their office in Athens, Greece.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries efficiently
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Build strong, sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including case handling quotas
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum C1+ level)
• Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Proven contact handling and customer communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and adaptability to different personalities.
• Strong PC skills and general computer literacy.
• Fast learner with strong comprehension abilities.
• Good MS Office skills are an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Previous experience in customer support or client service is a plus.
