Position: Technical Support Advisor
Location: On-site in Galicia, or Remote from mainland Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and professional support.
- Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.
- Apply logical and critical thinking to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent-level proficiency in English (ie C1), plus working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese (C1).
- Education or hands-on experience in IT, particularly in areas such as cloud technologies, productivity software (e.g., Office suite, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server), or Windows operating systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in technical or customer service environments.
