Position: Customer Service Advisor (German)
Location: Porto, Portugal

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
- Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
- Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
- Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications
- high priority placed on customer service
- Curious and persistent in solving issues
- Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
OFFER:
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement
- Days off: 2 days (rotative)/ 2 weekends per month (rotative)
