Position: FX Team Lead English Desk - AU 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize client engagement and retention.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to align business objectives and improve processes.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in the FX/CFD industry, with a strong understanding of the market and products.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks in the FX/CFD industry is an advantage.
