FX Sales Retention Agent with Hindi

Position: FX Sales Retention Agent with Hindi (FX exp is a must)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Must be in Bulgaria or have a Schengen visa)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + Commission (Full relocation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the company's products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Hindi, both oral and written, English (B2 at least).
• FX Sales Retention experience is a must!!!
  
• Must be in Bulgaria or have a Schengen visa.
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
