DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with managers, team leaders, and various stakeholders to support a positive employee experience.
  • Address and resolve employee relations concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a supportive and approachable environment for employees seeking HR guidance.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR-related performance and success metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Conduct confidential investigations related to employee conduct, performance, and workplace issues.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of employee records in HR information systems to support payroll, benefits, and program administration.
    

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Bulgarian (C1), both oral and written as well as proficiency in English (at least B2).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR practices relevant to the local context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, openness, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality internal customer service.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and general computer applications, or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • High standards of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to serve as a reliable advisor to both employees and leadership in sensitive or complex situations.
