DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve organizational processes and overall business performance through observation and analysis.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project and initiative progress.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Support cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks, focusing on minimizing employment-related issues and risks.
    • Offer guidance and expertise in employee relations, policy application, and workplace best practices.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native/fluent in English (C1), both verbal and written.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment such as BPO, shared services, or similar industries.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong people management focus.
    • Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment tools.
    • Ability to mentor and motivate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
    • Strong skills in data interpretation and reporting to support decision-making.
    • Knowledge of employment legislation and experience with enterprise or collective labor agreements.
