DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and qualify new client opportunities in alignment with organizational strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers within the education sector.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, including academic staff, administrative leaders, and procurement professionals.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at target institutions.
  • Drive the sales process to close deals and meet or exceed revenue targets, collaborating with partners as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and sector-specific funding opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance account value.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, gather feedback, and explore expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Native/fluent in Italian (C1) and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
      • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
      • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
      • Strong knowledge of the education market, including institutional structures, key stakeholders, and common challenges.
      • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as needed for client engagement.
