DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, managing client relationships and daily operations.
  • Define clear program goals aligned with business objectives, communicating them to internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee the administration of performance targets, incentive plans, and commission structures in alignment with company and client expectations.
  • Prepare and lead regular business performance reviews, including executive-level presentations.
  • Monitor and enhance sales team performance through quota management, forecasting, data analysis, and metric tracking.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members through structured performance management, coaching, and training initiatives.
  • Foster team motivation by understanding individual drivers and aligning them with professional growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely execution of strategic plans, performance milestones, and critical deliverables.
  • Optimize workforce management through effective hiring, onboarding, retention strategies, and performance accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Business Intelligence, Talent, and Operations to achieve program outcomes.
  • Identify and implement strategic initiatives to adapt programs to changing market needs and support team growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment policies, local labor regulations, and organizational standards.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Native/fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales-driven environment; exposure to SaaS or technology industries is advantageous.
      • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing individuals or teams.
      • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and client engagements.
      • Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets; experience managing hybrid or remote teams is a plus.
      • Skilled in analyzing sales data and leveraging insights to improve performance.
      • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
      • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively across departments.
      • Excellent communication skills, with experience delivering presentations to teams and executive stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated ability to coach others in a structured sales process to improve team outcomes.
      • Solid understanding of project management principles including time management and milestone tracking.
      • Familiarity with budget oversight and managing program-related financials.
