Position: Customer Support Representative (Greek)

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide optimal advice regarding various client queries related to cosmetic products
  • Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner
  • Provide clear information about products and service
  • Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
  • Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Greek, both verbbal and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of Banking industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
