Position: Business Development Manager (Filipino)

Work model and location: remote in Philippines

Employment type: Services Agreement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market research
  • Provide insights to enhance our competitive position.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Bilingual in Filipino (C1) & English
    • Demonstratable portfolio of active FX clients with ability to rapidly expand the network
    • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
    • Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
    • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Proven experience within Forex (1-4 years and own active portfolio of clients)
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
