Position: Customer Service Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Valencia, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Map and document workflows to support operational and compliance processes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base content for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Create standardized templates and automated responses to enhance efficiency.
  • Define performance metrics and establish regular reporting structures.
  • Prepare concise presentations, informational materials, and communication content for various audiences.
  • Manage, organize, and structure data to support customer and compliance-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities and knowledge transfer for new team members.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native/fluent in English (C1), both verbally and written.
    • Background in customer experience and compliance, ideally with knowledge of KYC/AML practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and producing clear documentation.
    • Proficiency with technology tools, including automation, templates, macros, and cloud-based systems.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience defining performance metrics, interpreting data, and presenting insights.
    • Excellent communication and content development abilities, with experience creating FAQs, sales materials, and customer-facing resources.
    • Proven project management and onboarding experience, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, support new hires, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
