Role Overview
The Affiliate Manager will lead the development, management, and optimization of affiliate partnerships across Latin American markets. Working closely with internal teams and international stakeholders, this role focuses on driving sustainable traffic acquisition, strengthening partner relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth across the region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners across LATAM, including websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and affiliate networks
  • Build and maintain long-term affiliate relationships to maximize performance, engagement, and retention
  • Structure and optimize CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid agreements in collaboration with the operating entity
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as FTDs, ROI, conversion rates, retention, and traffic quality, implementing optimization initiatives where needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to align affiliate activity with campaigns, promotions, and regional strategies
  • Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal policies
  • Detect and resolve fraudulent activity, traffic quality issues, and policy violations
  • Manage affiliate tracking platforms to ensure accurate reporting, attribution, and commission calculations
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and strategic insights for senior management
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities across LATAM markets
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings when required.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Affiliate Management, ideally with strong exposure to LATAM markets
  • Solid understanding of key Latin American markets including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru
  • Proven experience managing CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid affiliate models with measurable commercial results
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to manage a diverse partner portfolio
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and drive optimization decisions
  • Experience in fraud detection, traffic quality monitoring, and compliance management within affiliate programs
  • Self-driven professional able to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel to industry conferences and events when needed
  • Comfortable collaborating across LATAM time zones while being based in Cyprus.
