Position: Property Sales Executive (German)

: Algarve - Hybrid

          Employment type: Full-time perm contract


          RESPONSIBILITIES:

          • Manage and facilitate property sales, including both pre-market and on-market listings
          • Collaborate with key property partners to promote and close sales effectively
          • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing expert advice throughout the sales process
          • Present properties professionally through digital tools, presentations, and client meetings
          • Stay informed about local market trends to support accurate property valuations and recommendations

          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Fluent/Native in German (C1), both written and oral. As well as proficiency in English (B2)
          • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role
          • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets
          • Technologically proficient, with confidence using presentation tools and digital platforms
          • Knowledge of the local property market is a strong advantage
          • Residence in the region and familiarity with its real estate landscape preferred
