About the Role:
Our client, a leading FX brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced Vice President to join their office in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest standards of client service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Mexico office.

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the companys market presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.

• Ensure full compliance with global and local FX regulations.

• Work closely with the executive team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Vice President or senior leadership role in an FX brokerage (minimum 2-3 years).

• Strong knowledge of the FX industry, operations, and regulations.

• Must be Israeli and fluent in both Hebrew and Spanish.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to relocate to Mexico (full relocation package provided).
