Position: FX Business Development Manager (LATAM - Spanish)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute outreach campaigns through direct communication, social platforms, email, and industry events to engage potential partners.
    • Build, manage, and optimize a sales or partnership pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
    • Expand and manage regional or international partner networks, balancing cost efficiency and business impact.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and high-value clients to support long-term business growth.
    • Present the companys value proposition, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.
    • Oversee smooth onboarding of new partners, including contract finalization, compliance checks, and integration into company programs.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless partner handover and ongoing support.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including partner acquisition and overall business impact.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Fluent in Spanish (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (at least B2).
      • Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships (experience in a fast-paced, target-driven industry preferred).
      • Strong understanding of partnership models, client relationship management, and business development strategies.
      • Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage long-term relationships.
      • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
      • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
      • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing pipelines and performance tracking.
      • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
      • Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events when required.
