We are looking for  a SAP Commerce Operation Supporter who will be responsible for the technical Support of our  B2B webshop in the AME timezone. You will be part of an experienced international team.

The Product Store is the global high scale webshop which is rolled out in +80 countries, have thousands of daily operational users and is a critical channel in daily order management and product experience. The Product Store is tightly integrated to our ERP backends for order management, based on a Product Information Management (PIM)/Digital Asset Management (DAM) setup for product catalogue and again based on ERP for variant configuration.

We can offer an office in Monterey, Mexico and home office could also be an opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will be Supporting and Monitoring our webshop using our monitoring system (Dynatrace) and work with developers analysing the problems and incidents and provide a technical solution/workaround.

You will be responsible for Incident- and Problem coordination for the production incidents as well as the Communication to Customers/stakeholders within the AME timezone.

Background & Skills

  • To be considered for this position, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or another related field combined with 3+ years proven experience with SAP Hybris core concepts and commerce concepts.
  • You might have a background as a java developer and experience in systems integration, preferably in ecommerce solution or other web-based solutions.
  • You have good experience in troubleshooting through resolution of technical issues and system errors.
  • All Communication will be in English so good communication and English language skills (Written and verbally) is required.

Furthermore, you are/have:

  • Should have experience & knowledge of data modelling with Hybris, Data exchange and integration.
  • Should have experience in working with JSPs, Java scripts, JQuery.
  • Proficient in Hybris Backoffice, WCMS, Cron jobs and REST.
  • Troubleshooting through resolution of technical issues and system errors
  • Good experience with any logging tools like Kibana(preferred), Loggly, etc.,
  • Should have experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, new relic.
  • Good understanding of integration patterns with Search, Content management package or other platforms.
  • Should have exposure on the continuous integration build tools and code quality tools
  • Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Struts and Hibernate)
  • Should have experience in Spring MVC.
  • Good to have: B2B ecommerce implementation knowledge.
