Job Position: Spa Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the appropriate guest attendance at the Spa Reception, organization of the Spa’s schedule and its facilities. Reports to Spa Supervisor and/or to Spa Manager. The Spa Receptionist must comply with all duties and responsibilities in this document but not limited to it.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.

  • Promote sales of the services professionally.

  • Conduct clients to the appropriate place where the service is going to be taken or to the professional in charge of the service.

  • Give a guided tour of the Spa facilities to new clients explaining the rules of the places when it is applied.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

  • Provide basic and accurate information in person or by phone concerning to all services provided by the Spa.

  • Maintain office security and control access to the front desk.

  • Register new clients with the proper format filling.

  • Be in charge of the client’s schedule and payment, distributing the services equitably between the staff.

  • Receive payments and issue the correspondent invoices immediately.

  • Report any issue or suspicious acts of co-workers to the Spa Supervisor and/or to the Spa Manager immediately.

  • Support the Spa Supervisor and/or to Spa Manager in the monthly inventory.

  • Comply with the tasks assigned by the Spa Supervisor and/or to the Spa Manager.

  • Comply with the Company’s Appearance and Conduct Code.

Basic fix salary

Team bonus

1 meal at the hotel staff canteen

Staff transportation to the hotel (selected locations apply)

Training and 3 months’ probation period - 1-year renewable contract.
