Job Position: Shop Attendant

The Shop Attendant is responsible for the customer service at the shops. Reports to Shop Supervisor. The Shop Attendant must comply with all duties and responsibilities in this document but not limited to it.

  • Have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Have solid verbal skills and be proactive.

  • Speak English and French languages.

  • Have computer use proficiency.

  • Follow the dress code of the Company.

Duties and responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.

  • Ensure the shops are tidy, clean and presentable.

  • Promote sales of the products in a professional manner.

  • Report to the supervisor before any product is out of stock.

  • Support the Shop Supervisor in the monthly inventory.

  • Comply with the tasks assigned by the shop supervisor.

  • Receive payments and issue the correspondent invoices immediately.

  • Report any issue or suspicious acts of co-workers to the Shop Supervisor immediately.


Package Details

Basic fix salary

Team bonus

1 meal at the hotel staff canteen

Staff transportation to the hotel (selected locations apply)

Training and 3 months’ probation period - 1-year renewable contract.
