Job Position: Receptionist & Public Relations
The Receptionist is responsible for the correct organization of the information and guest attendance which happens in the water sports and dive center. Public Relations is responsible for engaging customers for the related activities in the commercial designated area. Reports to Dive Team Leader and Base Leader or any supervisor in place. The Receptionist must comply with all duties and responsibilities in this document but not limited to it.

Duties and responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
Conduct guests and activity participants to the appropriate collaborator or place. Organize and control guest groups before activity around the front desk/waiting area. Providing cheer-up speeches and accompanying guests to activity locations where appropriate.
Give a guided tour of the dive center to new divers using our facilities explaining where to store equipment and dive center flow.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Including PADI entry-level programs, dive site area peculiarities, and parameters.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the front desk. Be familiar with and participate in the emergency and evacuation plan protocols.
Order front desk supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
Register new divers with the proper format filling.
Register divers in the diving agenda as instructed by the Dive Team Leader. Receptionists are not allowed to organize diving or diving groups.
Welcome guests and groups after activity where appropriate.
Comply with the tasks assigned by the Base Leader and Dive Team Leader.
Comply with the Company’s Appearance and Conduct Code.

Basic fix salary

Staff transportation to the hotel (selected locations apply)
Training and 3 months’ probation period - 1-year renewable contract.
