Job Position: Housekeeping

The Housekeeping is responsible to the cleanliness of the facilities he/she is working for (ScubaCaribe and Ion facilities). The Housekeeping complies with all duties and responsibilities in this document but is not limited to it.

Competency

The housekeeping must:

• Have a professional attitude and appearance.
• Have customer service skills and service service-first attitude.
• Be highly responsible and reliable.
• Follow the dress code of the Company.

Duties and responsibilities

• Open the gym for the guests.
• Ensure the facilities are tidy, clean and presentable.
• Organize and clean the facilities without interfere in the daily working routine.
• Report to the supervisor before any product is out of stock.
• Comply with the tasks assigned by the Destination Director, Base Leader, Spa Manager or Shop Supervisor.
• Comply with the Companys Appearance and Conduct Code.
