Job Position: Spa Therapist

The Spa Therapist is responsible for conducting properly the services offered in the spa. Reports to the Spa Technical Supervisor and the Spa Manager. The Spa Therapist must comply with all duties and responsibilities in this document but not limited to it.

The Spa Therapist must:

• Have a professional and cordial attitude and appearance.

• Have the ability to provide professionally the service offered by the spa.

• Have customer service skills and a service-first attitude.

• Have multi-tasking and time management skills.

• Be updated about the techniques and standards of massages, therapies, and treatments of Renova Spa.

• Follow the dress code of the Company.

• Selected candidates will have company training before starting the job

Duties and responsibilities

• Comply with the daily Spa’s schedule and assigned services.

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.

• Conduct clients to the appropriate place where the service is going to be taken.

• Provide the service professionally acquired by the client and following the standards of the spa.

• Ensure the area of the service given to the client is tidy, clean, and presentable. Also, make sure all necessary tools and materials are in place.

• Conduct clients to the exit of the spa in a friendly manner when the service is finished.

• Report to the supervisor before any product is out of stock or in case of malfunction of any tool/material.

• Report any issue or suspicious acts of co-workers to the Shop Supervisor immediately.

• Comply with the Company’s Appearance and Conduct Code.
