Job Position: Maintenance & Logistics Officer
The Maintenance & Logistics Officer is responsible for the repair and maintenance of boats and other facilities plus driving around the company vehicle for different logistics. The Maintenance & Logistics Officer must comply with all duties and responsibilities in this document but not limited to it.
Competency
The Maintenance & Logistics Officer must:
Be currently qualified with all relevant mechanical requirements.
Have significant experience and knowledge of boat engines and facility repairs maintenance.
Hold a drivers license.
Follow the dress code of the Company.
Duties and responsibilities
Be responsible for the workshop and tools. Maintain a workshop, clean and tidy always.
Performs major and specialized mechanical overhaul and repair work on gasoline and diesel boat engines, inboard and outboard engines, related marine equipment, electric carts, and systems using schematic charts and technical manuals.
Establishes and maintains a preventive maintenance program for boat engines, electric carts, facilities, and related equipment.
Tests Boat engines and equipment to determine the need for repairs or adjustments.
Operates hand and power tools associated with boat engine and equipment repair.
Writes specifications for purchase of boat repair equipment and spare parts.
Keep current copies of all manufacturer's specifications and instructions to service and repair relevant boat engines, and electric carts.
Make repairs as instructed by the manufacturer.
Ensure all records are kept as indicated including equipment maintenance control sheets.
Plan and prepare programmed maintenance with Dive Team Leaders for diving equipment.
Make repairs as soon as any supervisor requests to do so.
Provide handy-made products as solutions per request of the facility supervisor.
Comply with the tasks assigned by the Destination Director and management.
Comply with the Company’s Appearance and Conduct Code.

Basic fix salary
1 meal at the hotel staff canteen (if working at the hotel)
Staff transportation to the hotel (selected locations apply)
Training and 3 months’ probation period - 1-year renewable contract.
