Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking a Vehicle Logistics Admin to join our Vehicle Logistics Planning and Projects Department located in Toyota Batangas Vehicle Center, Batangas City Philippines.

As a member of the Vehicle Planning and Admin, the Vehicle Logistics Admin is entrusted with the comprehensive management of investments related to new vehicle models. This responsibility encompasses supporting new model launches Operations and Production Management, managing inventory, supplier performance and budget management and proposal.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Analysis and diligent follow-up with various teams and divisions to monitor progress and maintain cost efficiency throughout the investment process.
  • Preparation, consolidation, review, and analysis of high-level and departmental reports.
  • Creating and reviewing workplace Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Facilitating plant tours for visitors and affiliate representatives.
  • Supporting company activities, including safety audits and monitoring, risk management audits, and the ISO certification process at the Batangas Vehicle Center (BVC).
  • Preparing and analyzing various report such as Vehicle Logistics Department (VLD) overviews, safety reports, disaster preparedness updates, and visit summaries.
