Line Team Member

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Line Team Member to join our Production Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Line Team Member is part of the Production Department that is responsible to set and performs Standardized Work and performs Kaizen based on own observation.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Implement safety concept rules and response procedures
• Secure man safety through training and development activities
• Secure man safety through daily maintenance with safety points
• Secure materials safety visualization and confirmation of tools.
• Understands and implements Quality Concept
• Implements standard procedure in responding to defect in own process
• Implements standard procedure in preventing flow-out of defect to the next process
• Implements standard procedure in responding to defect from Supplier
• Understands and implements Production concept
• Understands and implements Cost

• You have Diploma or certificate of completion in Automotive Servicing, Welding Technology, Shielded Metal Arc Welding
• You can identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety and uphold safety standards.
• You can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
• You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
