Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for an Accessories Marketing Associate to join our Conversion, Accessories and Connected team based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Accessories Marketing Associate is a member of the CAC Business Planning team that is in charge of Dealer Installed Option accessories sales and marketing.

In this role, you are expected to have very keen interest in sales data gathering and analysis, and in creating marketing strategies for accessories sales. This post is open to fresh graduate applicants who possess these qualities.


Your role and responsibilities:

Dealer KPI Management

  • Create promotion proposals to motivate dealers in achieving business targets.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators of Accessories Sales and Marketing.
  • Set sales targets, analyze sales performance, and give feedback to dealers.
  • Propose improvement activities to support sales targets.

Dealer Operations Support

  • Conduct online and onsite training of products and processes.
  • Coordinate and resolve dealer concerns.
  • Distribute collaterals.
  • Support dealer inquiries related, but not limited to product, pricing, or procedures.
  • Create marketing strategies and events to support dealers.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Management, or Marketing, or, in Industrial/Management Engineering
  • You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  • You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • You effectively manage your time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
  • You interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
  • You are capable of setting up ongoing procedures to collect and review information needed to manage an organization or ongoing activities within it.

Skills required:

  • Data Analysis.
  • Project Management.
  • Advanced to Native English and Filipino verbal and written proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Data Management Tools.
  • Advanced Proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with using M365 Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI) is an advantage.
