Manufacturing Safety Professional

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for aManufacturing Safety Professionalto join our Plant Administration Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Manufacturing Safety Professional is expected to implement methods and activities that will support Toyota Manufacturing Plant accident prevention drive.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for the monitoring, review of risk assessment inside the plant.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Problem analysis, countermeasure implementation, adjustment & standardization of SOPs related to Safety compliance.
• Machine Safety check, evaluation and monitoring
• Conduct safety trainings to Plant-based employees.
• Facilitates safety hour and conducts regular safety patrol.
• Support to investigation and root cause analysis in cases of safety violations and non-compliance
• Monitor completion of countermeasures and Kaizen activities related to safety risks committed by Manufacturing Plant.

• Graduate of Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Must possess administration, planning, analytical and management skills.

Skills required:

• Has basic knowledge in Safety and Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSHMS).
• Trainings attended like Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) is highly considerable.
• Highly organized, detail oriented.
• Project management and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse range of personalities and groups.
