Responsibilities

  1. Design and Implement Solutions:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet the organizations needs.
    • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in infrastructure design.
  2. Evaluate New Technologies:

    • Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their suitability for Toyota Motor Philippines.
    • Make recommendations for adopting or integrating new solutions.
  3. Risk Identification and Mitigation:

    • Identify potential risks to the infrastructure and data.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security.
  4. Compliance and Standards:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
    • Maintain documentation related to compliance efforts.
  5. Infrastructure Project Management:

    • Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Dealer Infrastructure Support:

    • Provide technical support to dealerships and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

  1. Project Management:

    • Proficient in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  2. DB and System Administration:

    • Experience in database management and system administration.
    • Knowledge of database maintenance, backups, and performance optimization.
  3. Technical Documentation:

    • Strong documentation skills for recording processes, procedures, and configurations.
  4. Data Center Operations:

    • Familiarity with data center operations, including server management, hardware maintenance, and disaster recovery.
  5. Networking, Security, and Virtualization:

    • Understanding of network protocols, security protocols, and virtualization technologies.

Computer Skills

  1. Microsoft 365:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  2. Web Platforms in Data Center Management:

    • Knowledge of web-based tools and platforms used in data center management.

Relevant Experience

  • IT Operation (at least 2 years):

    • Hands-on experience in IT operations, including troubleshooting and user support.
    • Familiarity with incident management and service desk processes.
  • Infrastructure Technology (Cloud/Mobile, at least 2 years):

    • Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
    • Understanding of mobile device management and mobile infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure Project Implementation (at least 2 years):

    • Track record of successfully implementing infrastructure projects.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates:

    • Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience related to infrastructure are encouraged to apply.

  • Job Title: IT Infrastructure Staff
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with scheduled Saturday work
