About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Services Coordinator to support our administrative, compliance, and documentation processes. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and a background in administrative coordination, particularly in labor and immigration-related services.

General Responsibilities

As a Business Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Document Preparation & Management

  • Draft official letters, fill out forms, and compile supporting documents for visa, work permit, or labor compliance processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all folders are up-to-date.

Application Tracking

  • Monitor each team members or officers application progress with government offices.
  • Coordinate with relevant agencies and inform stakeholders  of required follow-ups.

Administrative Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams for fee payments and client information verification.
  • Maintain an organized system (physical and digital) for documentation.

Expertise in Immigration & Labor

  • Stay updated on immigration and labor regulations.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for filing applications.

Customer & Team Support

  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify application details.
  • Handle inquiries regarding application status and requirements.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable in Google Forms and Microsoft 365 Apps
  • Skilled in graphical and PowerPoint presentation

Qualifications

  • At least a college diploma in Administration, Business, or relevant fields
  • Experienced in processing government documents (e.g., Immigration, DOLE)
  • Familiar with Philippine labor and visa requirements
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in documentation and compliance
