About the role
Toyota Motor Philippines Foundation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin Staff to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. As the Admin Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the accounting and administrative functions of the foundation, contributing to the overall objectives of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Preparation and processing of check vouchers and payroll
- Procurement of office supplies and other administrative needs
- Coordination with schools for scholarship programs
- Liaison with business partners and CSR program stakeholders
- General administrative and operational support
What we're looking for
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or other related course.
- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in administrative support
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Passion for social work and community engagementsomeone who is not only efficient in administrative tasks but also has the drive to contribute to meaningful programs that uplift communities
- Experience in handling CSR programs or working with NGOs is an advantage
- Empathy and a strong sense of social responsibility, with a willingness to engage with beneficiaries and stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
