About the job Product Planner

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Product Planner to join our Marketing Division based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The Product Planner is a member of the Product Planning, Pricing and Research Team that is responsible for research activities, conceptualization, market analysis, forecasting of market and product trends and model pricing.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in market research, price and profit setting and planning.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the Toyota model planning
  • Conduct market evaluation, proposals, forecasting, and market analysis
  • Conduct product planning, model pricing and profit setting considering forex movement, prevailing taxes, and incentives.
  • Study competitor product and price monitoring

  • You have a bachelors degree in Business management, Economics, Marketing
  • Relevant experience in a similar role (product development and research) is an advantage.
  • You are actively participating member of a team, moving the team toward the completion of goals.
  • You can actively identify new areas for learning; regularly create and take advantage of learning opportunities; use newly gained knowledge and skill on the job and learn through their application.
  • You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
