Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Inventory Management Engineer to join our Parts Department based in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.

The Inventory Management Engineer is a member of the Service Parts Demand and Supply Management Team that that is responsible for Import Service Parts Procurement and Inventory Management of Toyota.

In this role, you are expected to provide accurate inventory, timely procurement of import parts with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with international distributors of Toyota.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Timely ordering, coordinates the due date delivery and advanced shipping notice to suppliers
  • Inventory and supply chain management of service parts
  • Forecast, prepare order and documents or data processing
  • Parts watching processing and management
  • Collaborate with suppliers, dealers, customers
  • Manage data and provides report
  • Create process improvements
  • Perform inventory analysis and management
  • Accurate data encoding and reporting
