About the Role
Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Dealer Network Development Associate to support the strategic expansion and strengthening of our nationwide dealer network.
This role is ideal for analytical and driven individuals who are interested in market research, business expansion planning, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and dealer partners to help evaluate new dealership opportunities and support Toyotas long-term growth strategy.
This position is open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build expertise in network planning and business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network Planning & Market Research
- Assist in conducting market research and feasibility studies for proposed dealership expansion
- Support the development of market representation roadmaps
- Gather and analyze data to identify potential growth areas
- Help prepare reports and presentations for management review
2. Dealer Evaluation & Franchise Support
- Assist in evaluating dealer applicants and proposed dealership sites
- Support documentation and coordination related to franchise agreements
- Participate in site visits and appointed area assessments
- Help enhance and maintain franchise-related policies and guidelines
3. Project Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments and dealer representatives on expansion, relocation, and renovation initiatives
- Monitor project timelines and support progress tracking
- Assist in conducting compliance reviews to ensure alignment with Toyota standards and franchise policies
- Support the development of dealer facility concepts and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Business Administration (Operations Management), or related courses
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Tenacious team player
- Willing to travel for site visits and project coordination
- Knowledge in corporate law, feasibility studies, or project management is an advantage but not required.
