Technical Engineer - ISP

What You Will Do:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for TP-Link networking products including GPON, WAN/LAN switches, routers and Wi-Fi solutions.
• Conduct field acceptance testing with customers to validate product performance and functionality.
• Perform issue diagnostics, troubleshooting and deliver root cause analysis reports.
• Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Participate in tender and POC processes by delivering hands-on testing and product training briefing presentations.
• Customize solution setups to match customer requirements during POC stages.
• Collect and write document test data, output results and recommendations for tender submission acceptance test reports.
• Act as a technical liaison between sales, customers and internal teams.
• Create and maintain test plans, acceptance test reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with product and project team to ensure smooth deployment and acceptance.
• Provide feedback to improve product quality, features and usability based on field experience.

What We Look For:

• Minimum 3 years in Telecommunication, Networking, Computer Engineer, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a technical support, presales, or field engineering role, preferably in the ISP or telco domain industry.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as GPON, WAN/LAN switches, routers and Wi-Fi.
