What You Will Do:

  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring all documentation is complete, properly filed, and regularly updated.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business partners on sales-related administrative matters.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries, outstanding documents, and other pending matters to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management to support the departments operations.


What We Look For:

  • Relevant working experiences as Sales Admin or Sales Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel especially VLOOKUP.
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
