We are seeking an Operations Manager (Hybrid Onsite) for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing healthcare SaaS partners in South Florida.
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Operations Manager to support company growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. This role serves as a central point of coordination across multiple departments, helping leadership maintain visibility into priorities, drive project completion, and deliver a seamless experience for customers and employees. You will work closely with executive leadership, and oversee operational processes, customer implementation activities, recruiting support, and cross-functional project management.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Project Management
- Monitor and manage key business initiatives to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with company objectives.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and promote accountability across teams.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
- Support strategic planning efforts and oversee progress toward organizational goals.
- Administer and optimize business software platforms, including sales and prospecting tools.
- Coordinate initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Customer Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead the operational coordination of new customer deployments.
- Develop implementation schedules, milestones, and project plans.
- Organize customer onboarding, training, and rollout activities.
- Identify implementation risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure successful customer launches and smooth transitions into ongoing support.
Employee & Recruiting Operations
- Assist with employee onboarding, training programs, and compliance-related activities.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Coordinate new hire readiness and onboarding logistics.
- Maintain employee documentation and internal records.
Executive Support & Administration
- Prepare materials and follow-up actions for leadership meetings.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and administrative processes.
- Assist with budget monitoring and operational reporting.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and special projects.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in operations management, project management, customer implementation, business administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience working within healthcare technology or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, project management software, and business productivity tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
