Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing B2B technology software company serving organizations with field-based operations. This is a high-impact, early-career sales opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with prospects, asking thoughtful questions, understanding business challenges, and creating new sales opportunities. The SDR will be responsible for both responding to inbound interest and proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers. You'll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to qualify leads, generate new opportunities, and ensure prospective customers have a strong first experience with the company.
This position is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to build a foundation for a long-term career in technology software sales, with potential growth into an Account Executive role. The ideal candidate is an early-career sales professional who is confident on the phone, naturally curious, highly coachable, and motivated by results. You don't need to be an industry expert. More important is your ability to learn quickly, understand a prospect's business, communicate clearly, handle rejection, and consistently create quality sales conversations.
Success in this role will be measured by the quality and impact of the opportunities you generate, not simply by activity volume. If you're looking for an opportunity to develop your sales skills, work with an experienced sales team, and build toward a long-term career in B2B technology sales, this could be a strong fit. Key performance indicators include:
- Qualified meetings booked and held

- Build prospect lists and develop targeted outbound campaigns
